Business Unit: Technology Operations&Cyber Security– Security Engineering&Strategy Salary range:£68-74,000 per annum DOE + red-hot benefits Location: Hybrid – with travel to Newcastle (Gosforth) and Glasgow. Our Team The Identity and Access Management Governance team that report into the Identity and Access Management Senior Manager within the wider IAM area of Security Engineering&Cyber Strategy. The team’s primary responsibility is Governance of Identity within the bank. What you’ll be doing Leading the day-to-day management of the team. Be prepared to work and communicate with board level leadership. Knowledge of Privileged Access reviews using specialised tools such as RSA G&L. Identifying, driving, and leading improvements in the team and processes Knowledge of principles around privileged access. Such as assisting in managing Toxic Combinations and RBAC frameworks. Knowledge of PAM tool management such as CyberArk. Effective communication with technical and Business stakeholders across the organisation to ensure the IAM requirements are articulated and understood. Influencing the right IAM outcomes for the organisation to reduce risk, increase quality and reduce manual effort. Rasing, managing and ownership of risks. Driving forward an IAM improvements programme to improve efficiencies and reduce risk.  We need you to have. Extensive experience in working in Information Security IAM related discipline. Risk management experience. Expert in prioritising multiple activities in a rapidly changing environment Knowledge of IAM concepts – example RBAC, Toxic Combination management, Privileged access management and monitoring. Flexibility regarding working hours. Leadership qualities&examples of leading complex technical projects  It’s a bonus if you have but not essential. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are highly desirable. Knowledge of IAM across technologies example Experience in working in an Agile environment in the Financial Services Industry.
