What you’ll be doing Develop and implement a comprehensive identity and access management (IAM) strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives and regulatory requirements. Ensure that IAM systems and processes are designed, implemented, and maintained to meet business requirements and regulatory compliance. Define and enforce technical standards for IAM, aligned with security standards, and put in place monitoring and enforcement solutions. Conduct regular assessments of IAM infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security requirements. Collaborate with network engineering teams to implement secure IAM designs and configurations. Define and oversee access controls and segmentation strategies. Evaluate, select, and implement IAM tools and technologies to enhance the organization's security posture. Manage relationships with IAM vendors and service providers, ensuring they meet the organization's security requirements. Regularly report to senior management and the board on the status of the organization's IAM program, including risks, incidents, and improvement initiatives. We need you to have Significant experience in designing, implementing, and managingcomplex identity and access management (IAM) services. In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, processes, and technologies. Extensive experience in privileged account provisioning and deprovisioning, including managing privileged access management (PAM) solutions. Proven expertise in user access governance and privileged access governance, including the development and implementation of related processes and controls. Strong background in developing and maintaining comprehensive IAM reporting and analytics to provide visibility into program performance. It’s a bonus if you have but not essential Key technologies: Microsoft M365, Entra, and Azure. CyberArk. Product development experience and ability to establish a strong change management approach in a complex environment.
