Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and regulations to maintain the highest level of service quality. Service Growth and Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow and enhance the service, expanding its reach and improving the care provided to clients. Staff Management and Development: Recruit, train, and provide ongoing support to the care team, ensuring that staff are skilled, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
