Location of the Customer Service Coordinator: Cleckheaton This position is working with a UK Automotive business that are leading players in their sector - supporting the Service Department in a wide variety of activities including parts, and product support The Customer Service Coordinator would suit someone who has good communication skills, be detail orientated, a problem solver with customer service skills and the ability to work constructively with a variety of stakeholders with a tactful and positive approach. Customer Service Coordinator duties include. To receive calls relating to vehicles and support the customers through the rectification process and a successful conclusion Provide regular updates and reports for outstanding work Provide parts and service quotes Create invoices for completed work.
