Both roles require a background in the construction industry, specifically within reactive and planned maintenance for the social housing sector.You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth management of jobs, from handling daily tasks to overseeing larger projects. Admin Supervisor Responsibilities: * Manage large projects such as kitchen/bathroom programs, voids, disrepairs, and other significant works. * Allocate tasks to subcontractors or direct labor and manage material requests and orders. * Oversee and manage project documentation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is provided to clients. * Work closely with on-site supervisors, managing their diaries and ensuring project milestones are met. * Provide quotes for specialist work and ensure all tasks are completed satisfactorily.
