The ideal candidate                     Bachelor’s degree in education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). Specialization in Primary Education is highly desirable. A recognized teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, QTS, or equivalent. TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (if teaching in an English as asecond language setting) is an advantage. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school or international school setting. Experience with international curricula (e.g., IB PYP, Cambridge, or IPC) is a plus.
