You must also have strong management& problem-solving qualities and be able to manage the admin side of running a site. You must have a valid SMSTS or SSSTS qualification and 1st Aid at Work.  The role will also require liaising with the Main Contractor and dealing with all Site Health&Safety aspects and site inductions/tool box talks.
