About the Role: Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for delivering impactful CRM campaigns and lifecycle automations that drive customer retention and revenue. Working across email and SMS, you'll combine creativity and data insight to build targeted, engaging campaigns that speak directly to your audience.
