As a Digital Learning Advisor, you will manage our Docebo LMS day-to-day: supporting learners, troubleshooting issues, developing functionality and analytics capability. As a member of the people team you will need to fully understand how digital L&D plans support achievement, through the delivery of the people strategy for both our store and store support centre team members.  In building effective relationships with L&D, business and external stakeholders you will ensure that digital insight&development solutions fully meet business and department needs and we are fully utilising all available digital packages that facilitates transference of learning into changed behaviour and results. About the role: Developing creative digital learning products, including e-learning, blended, games, videos and PDFs on a range of technical and soft skill subject matter Day to day managing of our LMS system and responding to learner queries. Evaluating the effectiveness of digital learning and providing data and insights to stakeholders. Identifying new opportunities for new approaches or changes to existing ways of working in order to make digital learning more effective and relevant. Managing the relationship with e-learning providers to ensure the catalogue is up to date and content relevant About you Understanding of online learning best practice and the ability to deliver an exceptional experience for all learners. Proficient at using e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, storyline and rise), and familiar with some other standard industry tools. Passionate about the enabling power of digital technologies and with an understanding of the full learning cycle. Happy working as part of a team, able to quickly build relationships and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders at all levels. Proactive with lots of initiative, keen to put forward new ideas and suggestions that will support the continue development of our digital learning offer. Analytical and numerate, able to work with data to analyse trends and sport opportunities to improve or adapt. Well organised and planned, yet able to adapt quickly, able to juggle a varied workload and effectively balance changing priorities and deadlines.
