About the Role To assist in developing the school as a high-quality specialist provision for the pupils through providing the highest standards of pastoral care for all pupils of all abilities in a safe and orderly learning environment which provides a high standard of behaviour. To support the teacher in addressing the needs of all pupils but especially those pupils who need particular help with behaviour management to overcome barriers to learning.
