Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced administrator to join our busy team, responsible for assisting our repairs and maintenance departments across a range of properties. This is a contract role offering a dynamic and rewarding experience within the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance projects.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
Provide administrative support to the construction team, including scheduling appointments, managing communication, and preparing reports.
Answer phones and emails, responding to inquiries from clients and contractors.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrator, ideally within a construction or property management environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
