The Role As the Veterinary Nursing Provider Officer, you will be the key point of contact for trainingproviders, learners, and veterinary nursing centres. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, you will provide first-class customer service, offering clear guidance and managing communications to support learners and providers in all aspects of their interactions with Lantra. You will play a vital role in co-ordinating provider communications, managing bi-monthly updates, and maintaining SharePoint access. Specifically, you will support the organisation and administration of Quartz and XAMs systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
