Due to an exciting period of growth, we are now looking for a Veterinary Nursing Provider Officer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week. The Role As the Veterinary Nursing Provider Officer, you will be the key point of contact for trainingproviders, learners, and veterinary nursing centres. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, you will provide first-class customer service, offering clear guidance and managing communications to support learners and providers in all aspects of their interactions with Lantra. You will play a vital role in co-ordinating provider communications, managing bi-monthly updates, and maintaining SharePoint access. Specifically, you will support the organisation and administration of Quartz and XAMs systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, you will:   - Ensure compliance with Ofqual, RCVS, and Lantra standards - Co-ordinate and support the delivery of OSCE exams - Manage invoicing and financial processes for qualifications, exams, and assessments - Oversee key events, including the Veterinary Nursing Graduation Ceremony About You To be consideredas the Veterinary Nursing Provider Officer, you will need: - Experience in project and/or event management - Experience of delivering high-quality customer service - Experience of working with budgets and targets - Experience of managing key stakeholders - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills - Strong organisational and time management skills - Good knowledge of MS Office applications - A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to our location) We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role.
