Due to an exciting period of growth, we are now looking for a Veterinary Nursing Delivery&Assessment Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As the Veterinary Nursing Delivery&Assessment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and assessment of our veterinary nursing qualifications and End Point Assessments (EPA).
You will ensure that our assessments, including OSCEs, Professional Discussions, and MCQs, are valid, reliable, and meet regulatory standards while supporting training providers in delivering high-quality education.
Leading on assessment and qualification development, you will work with key stakeholders to implement improvements and ensure we continue to meet the needs of the veterinary nursing sector.
Additionally, you will:
- Manage the delivery of OSCEs, ensuring examiners, venues, and processes are in place
- Oversee the Professional Discussion aspect of the End Point Assessment (EPA)
- Provide expert guidance and support to training providers
- Manage key budgets, including product development, standardisation, and OSCE delivery
- Lead annual standardisation of OSCE examiners and ensure ongoing compliance
- Assist in RCVS audits and ensure regulatory requirements are met
About You
To be considered as the Veterinary Nursing Delivery&Assessment Manager, you will need:
- Experience as a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) or MRCVS within the UK
- Experience in project and event management
- Knowledge of RCVS Standards Frameworks (DOS/DOC)
- Technical expertise in veterinary nursing
- A strong understanding of UK training and education structures
- The ability to make data driven decisions
- Strong communication, relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong time and budget management skills
- To be qualified as an RVN or MRCVS within the UK
- A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to our locations)
A further qualification in veterinary, pharmaceutical, or science-related subjects would be beneficial.
