Your main responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating teams across Facilities, Catering, and Retail to deliver exceptional service Managing resources, labour, and budgets efficiently Monitoring service standards and identifying opportunities for improvement Overseeing third-party suppliers to ensure compliance with SLAs Championing health, safety, and compliance across alloperations Driving employee engagement and team development What we’re looking forOur ideal candidate will be an experienced, confident leader with a passion for delivering operational excellence and outstanding customer service.
