As a Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for: Shaping future sales and specification strategies for the Bluebay brand while optimizing business profitability. Establishing strategic relationships and fostering key customer connections to drive sales growth and deliver outstanding service. Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, including developing relationships with national, regional, and key Infrastructure and Civils customers. Cultivating a high-performing team and region focused on achieving customer care objectives and excellence.
