This work is critical to deliver accurate measurement, AI oversight and insights on policy enforcement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in both Global Operations and across Meta to influence the development of policies, protocols, technology, and training. Quality Measurement Specialist - UK & Ireland Responsibilities:
• Perform expert review of content and ads on Meta’s platforms against ensuring compliance with our community standards and advertiser policies.
• Gather and deliver market specific insights on Meta’s platforms, developing tailored recommendations to improve Meta’s Integrity outcomes.
• Communicate market specific insights to cross-functional partners to collaborate and improve our policies, processes and tools.
• This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, i.e. child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, animal abuse, and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing.
• Partner with vendor operations to ensure that feedback is being shared with relevant teams and proactively track the impact and success of remediation plans.
• Develop and share subject matter expertise across areas of safety abuse and/or account support at global level.
• Contribute to projects that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Expert Review team.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Market context for UK & Ireland is essential as this role will involve working on issues specific to the user base.
• Capability to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content
• Analytical, complex problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Self-starting, intellectually curious individual comfortable operating in a fast paced, ever changing environment
• Demonstrable experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Communication and collaboration skills across multiple cross-functional partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with KPI management, quality assurance and process optimization.
• Bachelor's degree and/or masters or equivalent experience
