Our culture isone where everyone is welcome. Job description: This role is an exciting opportunity to join us as a National Account Manager working in our grocery business unit. Working with the Sales Controller, you will support them in developing strategic customer joint business plans and will be directly responsible& accountable for the implementation of the plan in one Multiple Customer in the Irish Market. Resilient, hands on and able to work in a dynamic atmosphere with experience of cross functional working and able to demonstrate strong commercial thinking, you will have a proven ability of interacting with customers and delivering customer performance. You will have a good understanding and experience in Category based selling. Your role is pivotal in delivering the budgeted sales, spend and profit measures for your customer’s P&L. Your day to day activities will include leading regular monthly meetings with customers, submitting promotions and NPD in a timely manner, and becoming an expert in key categories to deliver incremental space and range for your portfolio. You will also analyse sales, market share& promotional performance to optimize sales& profit, present performance reviews at meetings, and update monthly tracker reports for NPD, Promotional& Accruals meetings. The Key Requirements... Must have at least 3 years experience as a National Account Manager in a multiple channel in Republic of Ireland The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an Multinational OR Distributor (dedicated to a Multinational) Food background is an advantageous but not essential Team player, with ability to work autonomously Strong communicator who is comfortable presenting and able to engage multiple stakeholders Understanding of P&L Management& Strong Commercial Acumen Excellent planning, organisational and time management Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills. Analytical skills: create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities The Benefits and Perks...
