About the Business Development Executive You will be part of a driven sales team in a fast-growing business and enjoy the challenge of developing sales of quality poultry and meat products into the Irish and British markets. Keytasks * Develop sales with new and existing customers with Irish and British markets. * Assistance of meat and poultry development within the greater business, in addition to developing of own accounts. * Arranging and attending customer/potential customer meetings. * Attending Trade shows. * Achieving sales targets and profit margins, in line with company expectations * Identifying and developing new business opportunities, including new clients and new products. About You This role will suit an individual who has excellent knowledge and experience of the British&Irish meat market. The ideal candidate will have: * 10 years’ experience in a similar role. * Product knowledge of various meats, poultry and pork is an advantage. * Excellent communication, negotiation, time management and planning skills. * Strong network of wholesale contacts in the UK. * Excellent commercial awareness.
