Engineering / Maintenance Technician Role Description To provide engineering support to the Production Stream, through comprehensive maintenance of plant, equipment, and auxiliary services, through reactive and PPM. Key Accountabilities * Provide reactive maintenance to minimize down time of plant equipment. * Provide Preventative maintenance though Scheduled PPM * Follow all company policies to ensure food safety&health&safety of all personnel. * Fill out maintenance management system (Holistech) to ensure stock inventory is kept up to date&work done is accurately recorded. * Preventative Maintenance * Continuous Improvement Skills and Experience * Fully Qualified Driving Licence * Relevant multiskilled engineering experience/qualification * Relevant experience in a high volume, highly automated manufacturing environment. * Ability to work shift rotation pattern; Hourly rate- Days 6am-6pm, Nights 6pm-6am Week 1 Days- Mon / Tues / Fri / Sat / Sun Week 2 Days- Wed / Thurs Week3 Nights - Mon / Tues / Fri / Sat / Sun Week 4 Nights- Wed / Thurs The company Pilgrim’s Europe produces some of the best-known and most iconic brands in the UK and Ireland, including Fridge Raiders, Rollover, Denny, Richmond, Oakhouse and Moy Park, alongside a diverse range of industry leading own-label products in categories including fresh pork, lamb and chicken, working with all the major retailers and food service outlets.
