Main Duties&Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to on-site operations. Raise and process orders using in-house digital systems. Expedite orders by following up with suppliers via phone and email. Interact with on-site customers in a professional manner. Respond to emails and telephone enquiries efficiently. Conduct stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records. Collect and deliver stock between departments on-site (may involve using a company vehicle*). Ensure compliance with all Health&Safety policies and procedures. Essential Skills, Experience&Qualifications: Strong IT literacy, including professional email correspondence and data entry. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction. Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including manual handling tasks.
