Main Duties&Responsibilities: Use the order book to expedite orders and communicate with suppliers daily to ensure timely deliveries. Place orders within the required timeframes, ensuring the best lead time, price, and delivery schedule. Assist store colleagues with booking in goods/deliveries and correctly allocating stock into the storeroom. Provide excellent customer service and assist engineers on-site when they attend the office. Complete necessary steps to source non-stocked parts, including assessing price, lead time, and delivery speed, and uploading the details into the stock systems. Order stock required from suppliers to maintain inventory levels. Perform manual handling of stock, including heavier items such as motors, pumps, and gas bottles, from deliveries to the storeroom. Essential Skills, Experience&Qualifications: Basic IT skills required, including monitoring emails, data entry, and using stock ordering systems. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a customer-facing role. Experience in storeroom/store activities is desirable but not essential, although familiarity with a similar working environment is preferred.
