In this role you will liaise with client's representatives, negotiate with subcontractors, management of project costs, agree variations and valuations, commercial management of minor civil projects. The ideal candidate is based commutable to Omagh, comes from a civil construction background and has contract management experience in commercial civil projects, managing and consulting with internal and external stakeholders.
