Identify products that may form part of multiple customer strategies and ensure that an appropriate plan isin place to maximise inventory and stock performance; the range change process; provisions and the clearance of end-of-life stock Analysing data to understand trends and identify opportunities, awareness and analysis of main competitors and market landscape. Work closely with internal and externalstakeholders, having a strategic and proactive approach to managing the supply base, whilst understanding the customers' needs. This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday-Friday 40 hours a week, with hybrid working (flex to work remotely up to 2 days a week.) And here’s what we’d likeyou to have: Category Management experience or Refrigeration background is essential. Ability to learn the technical product knowledge - Refrigeration spares. Able to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders at a range of different levels. Experience of developing, planning and executing a Category strategy, ranges and negotiating supplier terms.
