Dealing with customer enquiries via phone&email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude. Supporting with other areas of the branch required for example carrying out warehouse duties when required and ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch. This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.30am– 5pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8am - 12pm.
