It requires us to know their needs very well, and this is where design plays its critical role.  As a member of the Bentley Infrastructure Cloud UX team, you will use your knowledge and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our infrastructure asset information management solutions, ensuring they are not only functional but also delightful to use.  You will collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, fellow UX Designers, subject matter experts, and of course, users to deliver highly impactful, integrated, yet modular cloud-based solutions that help millions of engineering roles and infrastructure owners/operators all over the world.  In your role you will:  Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and manage the scope in a fast-paced collaborative environment.  Contribute to and organize user research activities.   Translate user research findings into insights and design improvements.   Contribute to the existing design system and ensure that designs are consistent with it.  Mentor junior UX colleagues.   Oversee the design work on a product, ensuring the continuous improvement of the user experience.  We expect you to have:  A professional portfolio displaying skills, with particular emphasis on problem-solving.   Proficiency in general UX design competences and an eye for detail.  Hands-on experience with different user research methods.  Ability to communicate design rationale to the diverse audience of engineering and business stakeholders.  Skills for interpreting detailed software engineering concepts and being able to design within known limitations.  Great command of Figma.  Proficiency in rapid and high-fidelity prototyping.  Fluency in both written and spoken English.     Additional points for:  At least basic familiarity with infrastructure field, specifically in asset information management.  Experience in designing complex enterprise software products for different platforms in B2B environment.  Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, User Experience, or related field.  What you will get:  Opportunity to join a global UX team and make your mark in creating products for the world’s infrastructure.  Flexible work schedule (home, office, or hybrid)  Work environment that suits concentration as well as teamwork; time to focus and time to recharge.  Competitive compensation package that includes health insurance, training budget, and other benefits.  Bentley Systems (Nasdaq: BSY) is the infrastructure engineering software company.
