As a Strategic Initiative Lead-Medical Devices, you would be responsible for managing the strategic initiative Medical Devices business in IMEA region. You would also be responsible for implementing the strategic initiative and delivery of business objectives over the years from that initiative. What We're Looking For (Responsibilities / Accountabilities):   •    Participate in execution of strategic objectives identified for Medical Devices (MD) business •    Participate in asset creation to support strategic initiative •    Lead overall interaction between internal and external stakeholders for day to day operation of the new asset including partnership or joint venture •    Monitor order status, prioritization and expedition on day to day basis •    Generate quotes process for products for local and global customers •    Lead customer interactions related to new business including US based customers through the account managers •    Manage customer complaint resolution related to new asset •    Support local and global account managers pitch new capabilities to customers •    Provide related business reporting to MD team •    Highlight potential business risks and AOP deviation Skills That Make a Difference: •    Polymer engineering, MBA preferred •    Minimum 5 years’ experience in Consulting or leading specialty chemicals companies •    Experience in strategy, strategy execution •    Experience in stakeholder management and communication Ready for your next career step?
