We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN). • 8+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. • Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states. • Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives. • Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives. • Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts. • Excellent communication skills with Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. • Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools. • Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the IT and business requirements for the project, and translating these into Documentation format specified by Client. • MS office proficiency (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently as well as within a team • Resource needs to work out of Chennai and out of the Client Office. • Experience working with & Knowledge on Manufacturing domain customers is a plus • Experience with COBIT Frame work For effective IT Governance is a plus.
