You will work on expert performance monitoring, root cause analysis and pro-active performance optimization for our S/4HANA Cloud Public customers with a strong focus on HANA and SQL analysis. You pro-actively investigate potential system bottleneck situations. As we are transforming S/4HANA Cloud, public edition further to a true SaaS solution you are able to adopt to new technologies and are able to leverage cloud technology standards. You support the extension of our monitoring, reporting & alerting framework by development in (SQL) script languages. You will actively engage with different units within ERP Cloud Delivery and within SAP to set performance standards and work on existing ones. To achieve this, we develop automated Root Cause Analysis, advanced alerting and visual pattern detection.
