We collaborate with Finance Business Partners and Group Reporting to provide top-tier financial support, ensuring the highest standards in reporting, forecasting, and business insights. **The Role** We are seeking a **FP&A Analyst** to join our FP&A team, reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning&Analysis. This role is integral in delivering consolidated financial business performance insights and planning for Corporate Functions across Pearson. The successful candidate will contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles while supporting Finance Business Partners with financial analysis and reporting. **Key Responsibilities** + Process financial data efficiently and accurately. + Prepare variance analysis and monthly management reporting packs. + Assist in providing value-added financial analysis to Finance Business Partners. + Manage accruals and adjustment journal entries as required. + Support Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting cycles, ensuring timely system updates. + Ensure performance targets are met and service levels are upheld. + Reconcile data between source ERPs (Oracle/Hyperion) and reporting tools. + Review output from our Bangalore-based BPO team. + Identify and implement process improvement initiatives. + Support ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as needed. + Foster collaboration across PFS and business divisions to enhance service delivery. **About You** We are looking for a self-starter who is eager to drive continuous improvement while developing their financial expertise.
