Company's Operating Name: Columbia Market Company Location: 142 East Hastings St., Vancouver BC, V6A 1N4 Position: Retail Store Supervisor Job Type: Full time; Permanent Salary: $22.00 per hour Number of Positions: 1 Expected start date: As soon as possible Work location: 136 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC, V6A 1N4 As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible to · Supervise team members and assign duties to the staff. · Hire, train, and oversee the new staff and sustain high-performance team. · Ensure compliance to company standards as it pertains to safety, customer communications and overall store operations. · Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays. · Prepare reports on sales volumes, tracking the sales and merchandising etc. · Monitor and prepare inventory orders by determining the stocks and order merchandise. · Handle customer queries and complaints in a prompt way. · Authorize payments and the return of the merchandise. · Perform other key holding duties as required. Knowledge, Skills & Experience required · Completion of Secondary School. · Demonstrated experience in retail sales. · Supervisory experience would be an asset but not mandatory. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Strong leadership and customer management abilities. · Customer service oriented.
