Duties: · Analyze market research and trends to assess consumer demand, estimate potential sales volumes, and evaluate the impact of competitors' activities on sales. · Coordinate, manage, oversee, and assess day to day operations. · Develop budgets, approve expenses, and track income. · Assess and enhance customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns. · Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, and training of employees. · Decide on the products and services to be offered and establish pricing and credit policies. Minimum education: Completion of secondary school is required. Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years of related work experience is required.
