Job Duties: · Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishment; · Maximize client retention by streamlining processes and improving brand loyalty through providing exceptional service; · Maintain attention to detail and high-quality control standards while preparing and executing agreements and contracts. · Provide clients with a thorough explanation of products and extended warranties with a focus on increasing business and contract renewals · Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales · Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the ratio of retail sales to leases and renewal percentages · Assist with desking, training & coaching sales consultants while reviewing their floor traffic performance · Work in conjunction with different teams or departments for appraisal and delivery processes · Learn and maintain solid product knowledge on manufacturer-specific vehicles and manufacturer-specific rebate, finance and incentive programs · Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary · Help in planning budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor · Understand and implement all dealership processes for efficient operations · Ensure that all sale documents and registrations are completed accurately and in full compliance with store policies and OMVIC. · Comply with all company policies, standards, and procedures. · Other duties as required by management.
