Job Duties: · Plan, direct and oversee wholesale operations to achieve business goals and drive growth. · Analyze market trends and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive and optimize profitability across product categories. · Recruit, manage, and schedule drivers and other staff to ensure seamless support for wholesale and retail operations. · Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant managers, delivering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. · Elevate customer service standards by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns effectively. · Design and implement impactful marketing strategies to boost sales and enhance brand visibility. · Develop and manage budgets, approve expenditures, and track revenue performance to ensure financial stability. · Oversee staff training and development programs to foster a motivated, skilled, and high-performing team.
