Job duties and responsibilities not limited to:
· Proactively identify new business opportunities from a range of sources.
· Keeping up to date with current industry trends, market activities, and the competitive landscape.
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
· Familiarizing oneself with the event app and pre-summit materials to explain features to clients and answer questions
· Meet booked delegates on-site to understand their needs, provide tailored recommendations, and strengthen relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention
· Supporting Operations during registration and between sessions, directing Delegates and answering questions.
· Participating in network opportunities with Delegates to further build relationships and support retention.
· Assist in developing marketing materials to support overall sales and marketing strategies
· Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit clients' needs
· Develop, implement, and report on sales strategies to meet and exceed business objectives.
· Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer records
· Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure the success of events and initiatives
· Seek feedback, advice, and clarification from senior team members to ensure work quality and alignment with company standards.
Skill requirements for the position (including education and work experience):
1. Completion of a bachelor's degree or college diploma in a program related to the product or service is required
2. At least 2 years of experience in sales or in a technical occupation is required.
3. Ability to multi-task, remain cool and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent, interpersonal and communication experience, verbal, written and administrative skills.
