Requirements: Minimum 5 years of Management/Floor Management/Concession Manager / Store Manager experience with a Luxury or Premium brand. Demonstrated experience in managing a high volume turnover location within fashion/leather goods/accessories, with a large team as well as managing a high level of client experience. Demonstrated expertise in retail management, including P&L management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, shrink management, HR& Appraisals, CRM, and payroll administration. Offering: Salary $90,000 CAD - $105,000 CAD depending on experience. Annual Bonus, Monthly Bonus Scheme. 401k and additional company benefits.
