Location:: Brampton, ON, L6W 3H7 Workplace information:: On site Salary:: $34.50 hourly / 35 hours per Week Terms of employment:: Permanent employment, Full time, Day, Evening, Morning Start Date:: Starts as soon as possible vacancies:: 1 vacancy Job Description · Make small repairs and modifications to the plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling systems, and call-in tradespeople for major work. · Carry out additional standard maintenance tasks including painting and drywall repair. · Responsible for general handyman work as required. · Keep track of supplies and equipment and make purchases when needed. · Keeps parts/inventory organized and supplied. · Attend requests for little repairs. · Conduct daily building system inspections and offer general support to experienced tradespeople, including mechanics, electricians, etc. · Perform preventive maintenance on company equipment. · Coordinate jobs with outside contractors. · Verify if the establishment has safety and security procedures in place. · Maintain preventive and building maintenance measures. · Possibly move bulky supplies, equipment, and furnishings.
