Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. In this role, you will oversee daily HR operations, establish and implement effective policies, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Salary: $54.00/hour (35 hours per week) Key Responsibilities · Coordinate HR department activities to align with organizational goals. · Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. · Review HR projects for compliance with legal and regulatory standards. · Develop, establish, and implement HR policies and procedures. · Manage job classification and performance evaluation systems. · Plan, develop, and implement recruitment and retention strategies. · Oversee employee contracts, payroll administration, and benefits management. · Develop and execute training and development programs to support staff growth. · Advise senior management on HR strategies and organizational planning. · Address employee questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
