Kingyo Food Corp. (dba Kingyo Fisherman's Market and Tsuchi Café) is seeking a Head Food Service Supervisor to join the team. Permanent, full-time; $34.07 per hour; 30-44 hours per week. Bonus available depending on sales performance. Standard 6-8.8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 9:00am and 12:00am as required. Shifts may be scheduled at either location, as needed: 1. 51B Winchester Street Toronto, ON M4X 1A8 OR 2. 688 College Street Toronto, ON M6G 1C1 Duties: · Opening and closing the restaurant, as needed; · Attend management meetings for new menu and promotional items; · Supervise and schedule Food & Beverage Servers and kitchen helpers; · Resolve customer complaints and inquiries; · Provide on-the-job training for new Food & Beverage Servers; · Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and food wastage, estimate and submit requests for new ingredients and supplies for restaurant operation; · Ensure that food and service meet sanitation, health and quality control standards.
