Job Descriptions / Main Duties: · Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food on a shift basis. · Establish work schedules and methods to meet work schedules. · Ensures compliance with heath and safety and other statutory regulations - to ensure that proper safety procedures are in place to protect staff and guest. · Always ensure exceptional guest services - address customers' concerns or complaints, trouble-shoot and resolve before they are escalated. · Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. · Support the management team in maintaining and facilitating all aspects of operations in accordance with policies and procedures, for consistent company practices. · Support management with daily decision making, scheduling, and planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness. · Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage - support management team with inventory and purchasing; ensure that there is enough product on hand to complete daily production; order and monitor new stock; purchase special order supplies. · Performs front line services duties as required.
