FIVE RIVERS FOODS INC. is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Building Maintenance Worker to join our team in Brampton, ON. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive hourly wage of $34.50 for 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will work on-site and must be available for various shifts, including days, evenings, mornings, overtime, and weekends. Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs. Perform minor repairs and adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and coordinate with tradespersons for major repairs. Advertise vacancies and show apartments and office spaces to prospective tenants. Conduct safety and security checks to ensure a safe working environment. Perform minor repairs on appliances and carry out routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair. Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as required.
