The Radium Group Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Worker to join our team in Brampton, ON (L6S 4K6). This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive wage of $34.50 per hour for 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, morning, overtime, shift, and weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs. Perform minor repairs and adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems. Contact tradespersons for major repairs as needed. Advertise and show apartments and offices to prospective tenants. Conduct safety and security checks. Supervise other workers as required. Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies. Perform additional routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair.
