Responsibilities: · Resolve issues related to the inventory management system, minimizing disruptions to client operations. · Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve software issues within the T3 Audit System, Reynolds and Reynolds, CDK, PBS, and other relevant platforms. · Coordinate administrative services such as fee collection, budgeting assistance, and reporting for management committees. · Organize and manage internal documentation, meeting schedules, and client reports. · Oversee the accurate organization and maintenance of client inventories to ensure efficiency. · Plan and conduct inventory counts, ensuring all relevant procedures are followed. · Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services · Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within establish Software Knowledge: · T3 Machine Specializing · Reynolds and Reynolds · CDK · PBS · Database Management Systems Additional Requirements: · Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. · Ability to adapt to changing schedules based on client needs. · Proven problem-solving skills to address software issues, inventory discrepancies, and client concerns.
