Auto Dealership Manager (Pre-Owned Sales Manager) Roles and Responsibilities: · Plan, organize, control and monitor the operation of pre-owned sales department · Evaluate sales plans and targets to ensure/enhance profitability · Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotions · Oversee staff hiring, training and performance evaluation · Coordinate activities of staff by scheduling and assigning duties · Establish and maintain relationship with potential buyers and vendors · Monitor and maintain inventory based on the customer demands and sales · Ensure own and staff's compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory standards · Other duties as required Requirements: · 3~5 years' progressive experience in automobile sales within automobile dealership · Proven supervisory experience in automobile sales · University degree or college diploma in business or equivalent experience · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English · Strong interpersonal skills at all levels and types of clients and stakeholders in the automobile industry · Strong analytical and problem solving skills · Attention to details and organizational skills to prioritize and multi-task · Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record (i.e. Province of Ontario, Canada) · Valid OMVIC licence (i.e. Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council) Language of Work: English Asset Languages: Spanish Job Location: Kia Stouffville 111 Automall Blvd Whitchurch-Stouffville, ON L4A 0W7 Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time, 40 hours/week Wage $45.00 (CAD) per hour Benefits: · Health care plan · Dental care plan Other Benefits: · Yearly paid time off We thank you for your interest; however, please take note that we will be contacting only those candidates that have been selected for the next steps.
