We are seeking a logistics coordinator to coordinate the workflow, prepare delivery and work schedules, monitor the progress and make sure that all the operations are on schedule. Main responsibilities are as follows: · Plan, organise, and control the logistics of the products sold by Global Trade and Distribution; · Collaborate with carriers to facilitate smooth logistics processes and ensure timely arrivals; · Prepare and manage customs documentation for both international and U.S. shipments, including return procedures; · Generate and maintain reports for the management team such as carriers' invoices overcharges, lost and damaged goods claims, etc.; · Manage claims with carriers and marketplaces; · Maintain regular communication with warehouse, purchasing, and inventory specialists in order to coordinate timely shipping.
