The detailed information regarding this position is as follows: Position: Transportation Logistics Coordinator Wage: $35.00 - $36.00 per hour (Depending on working experience) Working Hours: 30 hours per week Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent Starting Date of Employment: As Soon As Possible Position Available: 1 Benefits: 4 % vacation pay or 10 business days of paid vacation Work Location: 8661 201 St, 2nd Floor, Langley TWP, BC, V2Y 0G9 Job Duties: · Coordinate and oversee the movement of parts, supplies, and materials to ensure timely shipping and receiving of products, both domestically and internationally. · Monitor logistics operations to ensure shipments meet schedules, quality standards, and cost-effectiveness. · Prepare and process all customs documentation required for international shipments, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations. · Track and resolve any shipping delays, customs issues, or logistical challenges to maintain smooth operations. · Communicate and coordinate with freight carriers, suppliers and customs brokers to optimize transportation workflows. · Maintain accurate records of shipment schedules, customs documents, and inventory movements. · Analyze logistics data and provide solutions to improve efficiency in international shipping processes.
