The person does require Secondary(High) school education and 1 to less than 2 years of experience, and English is an asset. The person must be able to perform some duties as part of work and that includes: · Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers · Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed · Maintain quality control and production records · Select livestock for sale · Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs · Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations · Perform general farm duties We pay a competitive wage of $22.00-$26.00 hourly/ 40 hours per week.
