We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Office Supervisor to join our team and support the efficient operation of our daycare facility. Key Responsibilities: · Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow. · Manage schedules, communications, and administrative tasks for staff and parents. · Handle inquiries from parents and provide support related to registration, billing, and policies. · Maintain records for staff, children, and parents in compliance with daycare policies and regulations. · Coordinate and manage payroll, HR-related tasks, and employee documentation. · Ensure that office supplies and equipment are properly stocked and maintained. · Provide administrative support to the daycare management team. · Prepare and process reports as required by daycare management and relevant authorities. · Support in maintaining compliance with daycare licensing requirements and regulations.
