· Manage Kitchen Staff 5-10 people · Scheduling · Prepare, season and cook food meeting dietary requirements where required · Follow recipes and presentation specifications · Schedule Kitchen Staff · Calculate Food sales ratios · Food ordering and costing · Supervise food quality and execution · Menu planning · Create new menu items · Create special event menu's such as weddings, Christmas parties etc. (including food costing and menu pricing) · Train staff · Maintain kitchen cleanliness · Other managerial duties · Work with the brewery and distillery in creating menu specials that promote the products we make by using them in the recipes, or by creating pairings. · Assist in making The 101 Brewhouse & Distillery a popular and profitable food establishment to the best of your abilities.
