ANI International Canada Limited is hiring one Business Development Manager to perform the following duties: · Establish strategic objectives in retail and wholesale sales and implement or approve policies and programs to achieve these objectives · Design and conduct market research to identify business opportunities in Canada · Set and approve budgets and review sales forecasts and performance reports to ensure business development activities achieve positive outcomes · Make personnel decisions and establish or adjust middle management assignments, teams and departments as necessary · Establish or adjust organizational, financial and other internal processes and controls · Oversee the marketing team to design campaigns and promotions · Coordinate work with procurement and production teams to ensure products comply with Canadian standards and exceed customer expectations · Represent the company in negotiations and engagement with regulatory authorities, local businesses, Sri Lankan communities, cultural organizations and event organizers Terms of Employment · Wage: $ 61.54 per hour, 40 hours per week · Permanent full-time · Start immediately · Location of work: 491 Brimley Road, Suite 17, Scarborough, Ontario, M1J 1A4 · Language of work: English To apply, please email a CV or resume highlighting relevant experience and skills to ceo.aniint22@gmail.com.
