Management (Burnaby) Inc. is hiring one full time Insurance Agent to join their team. Job duties: · Sell various type of insurance policies including automobile, travel, property, marine and business insurance. · Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients. · Maintain the records and handles the policies renewals. · Establish client insurance coverage, calculate premiums and establish method of payment. · Run quoting software and pre-fill applications. · Contact the policyholders to deliver and explain policy, to analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes, or to change beneficiaries. · Ensure appropriate forms, and other policy requirements are completed. · Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries · Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: · Completion of high school is required. · Licensure by the insurance governing body in the province or territory of employment is required.
